The BFG is an enjoyable book to read. I chose this book because when I saw the movie I couldn’t understand what they were saying so instead I interested myself to read the book.

This is one of Roald Dahl’s famous fantasy stories. The BFG is about a human girl who helps a giant to get his freedom from other giants that are bullies, but that’s not all. The BFG caught dreams, and that’s how Sophie, the human protagonist, met him. Will it be possible for the big friendly giant to keep Sophie safe and get help from the Queen of England at the same time? It
won’t be easy, but it will be worthwhile.

I enjoyed reading the book because it shows that not all creatures are dangerous and that we shouldn’t judge others by their appearance. Big or small, weak or strong, they can be nice just like the BFG. I would recommend it for all ages and I give it a 5 out of 5 rating because it has good humour. I didn’t expect an amazing plot because I thought that Sophie’s plan would unfortunately not work, but I loved the ending!
