We would like to congratulate one of our students; Kyle Marmara’ (Class 106) who came in second place in the competition “Piccoli Autori Crescono” orgnanised by the Istituto di Cultura (Valletta) for all the schools in Malta and Gozo. The aim was to promote creativity in the Italian Language. All the participants had to write a short story using 10 out of the 20 words given and illustrate this with a drawing.
Well done also to the other four students: Matteo Bonavia – 104; Jake Falzon – 106; Kelsey Vassallo – 103; and Abigail Borg – 204 who have done their best in this event.
The winners were announced on Thursday 23rd October 2014 at the Istituto di Cultura in Valletta. The top prizes were handed out by the ambassador S.E. Giovanni Umberto De Vito.
